“The Russian view is simple: the West is ruled by a gang of thugs supported by an infinitely lying and hypocritical media while the general public in the West has been hopelessly zombified.” — The Saker

The Saker has concluded, that the Russians have concluded, that it has been a mistake to put up with Washington’s lies, insults, and orchestrated events and have decided that if the dumb-shit Americans attack Syria, Russia is going to take out the US forces involved.

The world is one step away from a major war based on fake news.  The West has shown the world no proof, of any kind, that an attack took place or who might have been behind it. Congress, who has the sole authority to take the country to war, has spent zero time on an investigation to bring facts to the public. They are elected to serve but they have now spent 2 days talking to Mark.

Which of the 2 events are more likely to affect our lives?

This was the start of Q&A during Mr. Zuckerberg’s second day of testimony on Capitol Hill –

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg Hearing on Data Protection Q&A: The House Energy & Commerce Committee chairman and ranking member asked Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg about whether Facebook is a media company, and what changes the company is making for data security.

“There Wasn’t A Single Corpse”: Russia Claims ‘White Helmets’ Staged Syria Chemical Attack
April 12, 2018

Russia claims that the reported chemical attack in Syria last Sunday was staged by the “white helmets,” a US-funded NGO lauded by mainstream media for their humanitarian work, while long-suspected of performing less-than humanitarian deeds behind the curtain.

Speaking with EuroNews, Russia’s ambassador to the EU, Vladimir Chizov, said “Russian military specialists have visited this region, walked on those streets, entered those houses, talked to local doctors and visited the only functioning hospital in Douma, including its basement where reportedly the mountains of corpses pile up. There was not a single corpse and even not a single person who came in for treatment after the attack.”

“But we’ve seen them on the video!” responds EuroNews correspondent Andrei Beketov.

6 Simple Reasons Why Trump Is Going To War In Syria
April 12, 2018

Authored by Alex Christoforou via TheDuran.com,

POTUS Trump knows that the chemical attack in Syria is a hoax and false flag.

The mainstream media knows that the chemical attack in Syria is a hoax and false flag.

All of Congress knows that the chemical attack in Syria is a hoax and false flag.

The entire world knows that Assad is not that stupid (he is a doctor and ophthalmologist) so as to gas women and children at the very moment he is winning the war in Syria…launching a chemical weapons strike for shits and giggle, moments after Trump announced a US pullout from Syria.

Senate Hearing: Facebook CEO Zuckerberg Is Questioned on Ties to CIA-Funded Company
April 11, 2018

Mark Zuckerberg Appears Before a Joint Senate Committee on April 10, 2018

As Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg fingered his cheat sheet of canned answers to a barrage of questions from Senators yesterday on how Facebook had allowed a Trump-backed political operation to harvest personal data from 87 million of its users, Zuckerberg attempted to channel motherhood, apple pie, dorm room entrepreneurism and an altruistic desire to connect people around the world in one harmonious melding of human spirit.

Unfortunately, the facts just kept getting in the way. There was the questioning from Senator Richard Blumenthal pointing out that Facebook had been caught red-handed in 2011 by the Federal Trade Commission in egregious abuses of its users’ personal data. Blumenthal said current activities at Facebook showed that Facebook was in “violation of the FTC consent decree.”

BREAKING: Russia’s State TV Instructing Russian Citizens To Start Prepping For The Armageddon!

One of the longest running theories about Facebook was that it would collect information from your verbal conversations via your phone’s microphone while you have your phone on or around you. You likely experienced the following before: You are having a conversation with friends about a very specific brand, specific product and so forth. Then suddenly you hop on Facebook, having not searched for that product or brand at all, now there is an ad for that very product in your news feed.

Congressman Larry Bucsh asked Zuckerberg on Wednesday whether or not Facebook does, in fact, mine data via your personal conversations using your phones microphone.

“My understanding is that a lot of these cases that you’re talking about are a coincidence,” Zuckerberg told Congress. This answer did not seem to go over so well based on the look on Bucsh’s face. Not just that, how could this truly explain the frequency and incredible accuracy of this phenomenon.

That was a yes or no question!

Zuckerberg Denies That Facebook Uses Your Phone’s Microphone To Spy On You… Hmm
April 11, 2018

Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg appeared before Congress again today to finish off a second day of questioning on Capitol Hill. His appearance was voluntary and came as a result of the recent Cambridge Analytica data breach that saw the loss of 80 million plus Facebook users’ data.

Zuckerberg was questioned on a number of issues challenging Facebook including data usage, selling user data, privacy, the societal value of Facebook, Facebook’s political stance and how they censor outlets based on their political stance.

Bill,

As you said in your interview with Greg Hunter, there is so much going on in the world we have information over load. The elite, pulling the levers know that, which is how they push their agenda while the public does not know what is going on behind the scene.

So, that’s what America’s anti-Russian sanctions are all about serving America’s billionaires.

  1. Russian competitors to America’s largest international oil companies. These specific US firms were listed, on March 27th, in an excellent article by Antonia Juhasz in Pacific Standard magazine, “INSIDE THE TAX BILL’S $25 BILLION OIL COMPANY BONANZA: A Pacific Standard analysis, shows the oil and gas industry is among the tax bill’s greatest financial beneficiaries.” There, they were listed in rank order. For example: the largest such firm, Exxon/Mobil, was given $5.9 billion in “2017 Tax Act Savings,” and the second-largest, Philipps 66, won $2.7 billion in it. The latest round of anti-Russia sanctions focuses clearly against these international US oil firms’ Russian competitors.
  2. Russian competitors of Lockheed Martin and other international US weapons-firms — Russian manufacturers that are selling to foreign governments, military aircraft, missiles, and other military equipment, on the international markets: competing military products. The competitive purpose of these sanctions is to boost not US international oil-firms, but US international weapons-firms.

Strategy of US Anti-Russia Sanctions Becomes Clearer
April 11, 2018

On Friday, April 6th, Reuters headlined “Russian businessmen, officials on new US sanctions list”, and opened: “The United States on Friday imposed major sanctions against 24 Russians, striking at allies of President Vladimir Putin over Moscow’s alleged meddling in the 2016 US election and other ‘malign activity’. Below are the most prominent businessmen targeted along with their main assets and connections as well as extracts from the US Treasury statement.”

As that Reuters list makes even clearer than before, US economic sanctions against Russia are focused against mainly the following four categories of targets in Russia:

  1. Russian competitors to America’s largest international oil companies. These specific US firms were listed, on March 27th, in an excellent article by Antonia Juhasz in Pacific Standard magazine, “INSIDE THE TAX BILL’S $25 BILLION OIL COMPANY BONANZA: A Pacific Standard analysis shows the oil and gas industry is among the tax bill’s greatest financial beneficiaries.” There, they were listed in rank order. The latest round of anti-Russia sanctions focuses clearly against these international US oil firms’ Russian competitors.

However, previous rounds of US sanctions have especially focused against:

  1. Russian competitors of Lockheed Martin and other international US weapons-firms — Russian manufacturers that are selling, to foreign governments, military aircraft, missiles, and other military equipment, on the international markets: competing military products. The competitive purpose of these sanctions is to boost not US international oil-firms, but US international weapons-firms.

We have a one party country, the War party!

Schultz said he’s “surprised that there’s not more chatter on Capitol Hill, or more concern on Capitol Hill, especially from the opposition party who can’t stand this president… the Democrats are dreadfully silent.”

“The fact that there are no dissenting voices on Capitol Hill is just as troubling as the president tweeting out – advertising – that the missiles are on the way, we just don’t know when,” said Schultz, who has his own program on RT.

Sending US Missiles To Syria Without Proof Of Govt Chemical Attack Is ‘Fool’s Errand’ – Ed Schultz
April 12, 2018

Launching an attack on Syria without evidence that Damascus launched a chemical attack it is a “fool’s errand,” Ed Schultz told RT’s Watching the Hawks, calling it “troubling” that no one in Washington is speaking out.

Schultz said he’s “surprised that there’s not more chatter on Capitol Hill, or more concern on Capitol Hill, especially from the opposition party who can’t stand this president… the Democrats are dreadfully silent.”

Jim/Bill,

Regarding your post today:

“The Russian view is simple: the West is ruled by a gang of thugs supported by an infinitely lying and hypocritical media while the general public in the West has been hopelessly zombified.” — The Saker’

Is it any wonder?

-First we let the BLS get away with false and manipulated data. No charges filed.

-Then we allow the institutions to bypass commodity regulations and laws in massively shorting silver and gold.  And ONLY silver and gold!

-Then we allow the Fed the pump trillions into the banking system to bail them out from their own criminal behavior in MBS.  No charges filed on either side.

-We get involved in wars with no one questioning why and on what basis.  No charges filed.

-Then we allow the Democratic Party to get away with misinformation and witch hunts, for which any normal citizen would be charged with liable.  No charges filed.

-Illegal immigration allowed to fester with…you got it!….no charges filed against perpetrators or legislators.

-Now we have California thumbing their noses at Federal law and bringing us to the brink of civil war.  No charges filed.

It’s like dealing with children…….give them an inch and they’ll take a yard.

This nonsense should have been nipped in the bud years ago.  It all comes down to Moral Hazard; no repercussions, no caution.

Sadly, there are no longer any repercussions in America.
