All Criticisms Require Examination

Dear CIGAs,

All criticisms require examination as they usually carry certain important truths.

I want to publicly thank CIGA Green Hornet for bringing this to my attention. True friends give you the good and less good without alteration.

1. Please keep in mind that my corporate activities are not in the North American time zone.

Tanzanian staff and management wake up for work between 11pm and 12pm EST. The Republic of South Africa is not far off that. China is practically totally around the clock. The best time for business discussions is 10pm to 12pm EST and 2am to 4am EST.

2. My work on JSMineset starts at 7am and comes in two hour sessions throughout the day with the exception of Tanzanian, South Africa and Chinese business hours.

3. There is no competition between my responsibilities and JSMineset. Corporate responsibilities always take precedent.

4. My entire career has spanned odd hours, as it was James Sinclair Trading Inc. that initiated the ability of clients to trade 24 hour markets before they were interchangeable back in the late 60s. Up until then 24 hour trading was for Americans and the bastion of a few international investment houses for their own accounts only.

5. The only downside of writing for JSMineset and managing a public company is that it can be tiring.

Personally I do not see how a person can be in the precious and base metals business unless they understand every changing aspect of your product completely. The use of short of gold derivatives as inefficient hedges are an example of management that did not understand the precious and base metals markets.

I will write you later this week on what I see as the only means of building a significant precious metals company. That subject is a part of answering the constructive criticism that my friend passed along to me in the spirit of contribution and improvement.
